My guess would be doing /setaccesslevel "name" admin is maybe not the same as setting yourself as admin on a server made outside of the host function?
could you also make an option of making the generator no interactable by players? i want to put an infinite generator to power some buildings in my map but I dont want players stealing them. Is it possible?
While it might be obnoxious as a server operator to have service interruptions when these mod updates occur, there are tools that have been created to help ease this. Check out Udderly's Updater, a mod that will automatically detect and reboot your server for mod updates :)
I don't understand this restrictiveness when it comes to workshop items but I'll accept it.
