Gentlemen, I think we can simply do the fix ourselves. Copypaste the "ascension_path" file from the game files, and remove
custom_tooltip = {
fail_text = "requires_free_tradition_tree"
num_tradition_categories < @max_tradition_trees
}
For every ascension. Save in mod folder, should work

This needs an update as when it is used it has the old ascension perks and it prevents the use of the new expansion ascensions to cybernetics and synthetics

@Rodnd, your load order is the most likely culprit. Load this mod after any mod that changes ascension perks.

This is only intended to work with PD, any other mods that edit the ascension paths probably need their own patch, the only exception is if that mod has compatibility for it built into PD then this mod will work just fine.
