I think (though not sure) that dumping poison on weapons makes them poisonous? But it would wash off with water and i think you need gloves to not get poisoned holding them?

dwarf science may be limited, but at least that cool injection of 6 million into tarn's life insurance policy ought to speed up development a tad bit

Don't quote me on this. But that would be an effect, created from an item. I think we may need to wait for magic to be enabled in DF. In any case, it does seem well beyond my current ability to implement.

question, how hard is it to let me poison my weapons with the venom of something like this or a bumblebee? i wish to annihilate gnomes in ways other than drowning them in the gnome blight. i may need to officially request the mod if it's too convoluted. fill a pit with weapons, then dump a bunch of gnomeblight over them until they are sufficiently dirtied with it?

one time i saw a very agile gds sting something hilariously small like a duck over 20 times before the duck melted into a puddle of duck pus

Glorious. An as aside for anyone who didn't play Classic; the fun with this critter is not the venom itself, but rather the quantity injected due to the sheer size of the scorpion. The amount is enough to potentially melt the brain of even the largest mammals like rhinoceros and elephant (eventually). The GDS is relatively fragile, but will kill you up to 3 weeks after the fight.

Lots of Fun, with a capital F. I am glad i could still download an earlier version of DF for the raws. The graphic art is from this version of DF, unused. Now you can have your own stories to tell. Good Hunting.

Good job, I think I will play a challenge fortress sometime in a desert with a river, with this and the classic carp mod.
