eh... I will state it once again

Because of a little ad that pops up the first time you download the mod (with trailer, discord server etc.).
it uses code that is "forbidden" in ppg mods, even though this "forbidden" code is safe.

let me explain.

Mod creates a folder inside of your Mods folder, to basically check if this pop-up has been shown to a player, and to not show it ever again. (Without it, it would show this pop-up every single time you would open ppg!)
