I would say, because there is actually a tutorial for it. And after you do it the first time, it only takes like 3 steps to make more. It is really easy.

I'm a nice guy, I just don't get why people need to be all like, "Oh it's a minecraft skin don't download it". Sure, if you don't like minecraft I can understand but then people get mad about it. All I can say is that, at least I've made a few good skins
