Yes, changing their direction and pathfinding would be a good idea. They keep wanting to continue to go in the same direction of the barrier. Oh, and I'm getting a zillion barriers being created. And a good chunk of the problems with this mod have to do with getting into vehicles.

If you ever update this again, please consider adding a module that we can sync only the AI we want this script to run on. The fact it runs on every Ai in the mission creates a lot of problems for unit pathing.

i tried this because zombies go through doors/walls,i could not prevent that with this mod.

After using this mod for a year, I can say that unfortunately this mod will have a bad effect on the AI, even if you do not use the "AI Recalculation Path" option.

Part of the AI units ​​(infantry) with this mod, will lose the ability to move and will stop, without the slightest reasons turning into stupid targets. They will stop forever, even in an empty place on the map and will stand like statues. They (AI) will remain in the same place, even when their AI-commanders go hundreds of meters ahead. And if the commander stops, then the entire squad will lose the ability to move.

Probably disabling the MOD when AI is entering a vehicle could save most of the issues we are encountering.

yeah Ive been having this terrible problem with an issue where ai or myself will try to enter or exit a vehicle only to fall to ground. Eventually you can get up but takes awhile. This was happening soo much in crucial moments I had to research which mod I recently added was doing this. I finally tracked it to this one. I mean literally you would have the ai board a helo and they would just fall to the ground, no injuries present just glitching on the ground. This even occurred with camo nets. Soon as they got near a pole theyd fall to the ground.

Have you considered limiting this MOD to a customizable radius around players, so it doesn't use extra CPU for units that are out of sight?

So- Arma mission making, and the dedicated server- has been really funky over the last month
This weekend, my mission wouldn't boot on the server, as well as the backup mission that two others made in the unit

Removed one mod (anti-wall glitch mod), didn't work
Removed another mod (necroplague, which was probably responsible for the error log below), didn't work
Removed Intel documents from a mission, it worked?
Added back one mod, loaded same mission, works
Added back both mods, still works
Tried both original missions that wouldn't work, works (???)

Was arma being arma I guess, not this mod
The only two things that were referenced in the log though was necroplague and antiwallglitch

This mod caused a.i. squad members to run into each other and just fall down to the point they get stuck on the ground. I have noticed when this happens with this mod loaded.

This mod is absolutely great, but it has a few major problems.

If "Recalculate AI Path at Bad Location" is enabled, then some AI units or even entire ai-squads will get stuck on the map, ignoring their waypoints - https://youtu.be/pVDHsQ20FCo

@Styx2909 Try disabling the Option. "Path Planning" it worked for me but it could just be luck but it stopped happening after disabling it

Until then, for months, i was using the Resetting their velocity and movement destination settings. But it seems it can cause the AI to get frozen a bit too much.
Switched to Adding an opposite force to push them back instead.

No bugs to report .
Used weekly and more in Antistasi, without FPS drop.

@Reticuli I just added some performance optimizations. If you still experience lags, change the "Check Interval" option to a higher value like 0.5 then make sure to RESTART MISSION. I'm personally not getting any lag with 250 AI on map and 0.1 check interval.

It's doing something still to injured people not even supposed to be moving, because some of the selections to mitigate going through walls causes them to bounce repeatedly for long periods. I presume it might also be still working on a corpse, which is not good. His improvement on units inside vehicles may have helped slightly, but not enough. Also, if you choose to add barriers, you get the ugly blue barrels sticking up everywhere through floors like planters or something.

Hi, further on this, got a few suggestions for the framerate issue:
1) does it help to check AI glitching for only AIs within, say, 50m of the players? Right now it feels like global and can easily drop 20fps in a mid-scale fighting
2) can AI glitching be stopped on dead bodies? Not sure if bodies are still being calculated but the glitch blocks are surely there

@GRIZZLY The AI are going uncon when disembarking vehicles because you didn't change the punishment type. Go to the mod settings and select a different punishment type - like reset velocity and movement destination.

The AI are probably clipping through the vehicle somehow when disembarking, so the script punishes them by pushing or knocking them out. The punishment type is set to that by default.

Also skill issue. If you're testing new mods on the workshop, grandma's advice is to always load the bare minimum mods along with it to figure out what causes what issues, not all 200.

Hello, I just noticed that it causes one of the missions in the vanilla campaign to never trigger a completed task when you kill everyone in an enemy FOB..the mission where you start by commanding your squad to kill two guys in two different towers at the same time, thanks in advance
