You don't need a Focus Tree to attack other countries. Wargoal durations should be shortened significantly after a certain period anyway.

There are 2 flags in the mod, one is the flag you mentioned and the flag in Vanilla.

If you do not like the flag that comes at the beginning of the game, you can return to the Vanilla Flag from the Decisions Section.

League of Nations will go to war with you when you attack Danzig. If you attack Poland from Focus or in a regular way, there will be no problem. When Poland surrenders, you have the option to annex Danzig without a war.

If you'd rather not use the Germany Rework Tech Mod. You can use your own tech mods because there is nothing changed in the main mod.
