For the accessibility bit, I drew inspiration from MCI D4500CTs that use an additional right-side door and a wheelchair elevator. Of course, a proper low-floor coach would be more practical nowadays, but I didn't quite have a modelling reference for one.
although its strange its got steps, normal buses usually avoid that at all costs for accessibility reasons
