Probably. I haven't touched my portraits since nearly all my time is focused on getting New Dawn working again.

Note: this is very WIP and will probably be revised a few more times. Personally I think it looks hideous but I wanted to get something out there instead of just leaving it without a proper ecu background.
I can try but the big issues is the hoods. From my experience working with the new human portraits in LOTOR, the new mesh HATES anything covering their faces. The hoods would not work at all and would be cut off halfway along the neck. Most of the cybernetics *might* work but I'm not sure.
I've honestly thought about expanding the clothes roster a bit and pull from some concept art/renders from Darktide.
No. Redoing fleet and sequential names is one thing but I did not want to deal with going through all the names the original included.
