Doesnt work with millennium dawn. All the cores are random states across the world.

Whenever i form a nation in Millennium Dawn the AI just revert it back to its original state i don't know what to do

Im sorry this is the only thing angering me from playing HOI4 in general, how do i stop Nations from unforming after i spent a whole hour setting them up with state transfer tools and other, i always get pissed after i press unpause and 2 days later ingame they all unform my changes and the whole game stops making sense
