Requires Liberal Arts Table 01 (most possibly Campus DLC content).
Works fine without the asset and without the DLC installed.

Skyve says you need Campus to use this, you should update this page if true. Cheers!

you have to look for it in monuments, I think tab 5, it is a unique building due to its size
