Doesn't appear to work whatsoever. I get "in" the door as if it was a seat, I am not teleported. ):
I have verified that clientside lua is up to date, installed, and working.

Maybe you could make AI able to use doors by detecting if a monster is standing idly by the door for a few seconds, then teleport them

Can we construct these doors via the fabricator and place them inside a sub mid-campaign, wire them up, and benefit from some ad hoc submodification as my crew and i settle into our subs throughout our campaign run?

you are allowed to make your own version of the mod
for bots, i would have to mess with waypoints, potentially having to create new ones and then messing with the bot logic which probably makes a lot of assumptions based on the position, which would make it not worth the effort to implement it

Yeh i thought about doing that with the cave entrance but I more looking for the first point where I want AI to be able to use them too. Otherwise my design will b hard to balance for enemy intrusions and friendly bots.

Evil Factory, would you be gracious enough to let me make a version of this for my server? I'd call it "Zdoors: Beastly Modification" possibly in reference to what my server is about.

Also Attle below me, if you wanna do something similar to what you ask but before Evil Factory (potentially) updates the mod to add zdoor vents, you can just put an invisible cave entrance (go to color - put the fourth number to 0, do NOT tick "hide in game" - that makes it noninteractable) on the vents and connect the cave entrance to others in some way. You'd want to use cave entrances because the other zdoors make a door sound when used, and cave entrances do not.

This mod would be perfect for something I am planning on building but is it possible to get this to work with friendly and enemy AI pathfinding?

Also would it be possible to add a vent variant to this to let us crawl through the ventilation?

Hello Evil Factory! Thank you for all your amazing mods, but especially this one! It does exactly what I was hoping for as far as being able to hook up to wifi and transport from shuttle to ship. Would you mind if I include it in a shuttle/sub mod that I'm working on? I'll give you credit and link to your mod pages of course. I believe it would require linking your lua mod as well.
