Game can possibly go on forever, should be time limited or after a certain point make it impossible to track and have the remaining people guess.

Shells should move faster with each "round", with 8th round being the fastest. Is that still too slow? Also, let me know if they actually move faster with each round. They should (they do for me), but I'll look for potential issues if they dont.
