Question does this mod only change the skin? Or can I put another outfit on him, and for example if he has a backpack can I change it for him?

No need to hide all your clothes.

when wear the costume hides all clothing except for the hat, headset, face shield, holster, bag, and body armor.

Items excluded above can be wear with costumes, but

Due to different body sizes, clipping problems may occur.

That's why it hides items

Thank you for sharing your mod. Would you consider tweaking the stats of the shoes to be comparable to the military boots, which gives 100% protection? I was able to hide my clothes using the transmog mod, but the transmog mod was not able to make a cosmetic copy of this shoe/costume. So I have to wear the shoes outright. The shoes themselves do not offer the same protection as the military boots, so I hesitate to wear them. Would it be possible to tweak the shoe stats so that they offer the same protection as the military boots? Or alternatively, would you consider attaching the costume to an accessory instead? So that the stats on it would not matter.
