ok... putting both the shared assets AND the satchel vpk's in the custom folder made it work.

the sound wont play during the first equipping. snd_restart wont do it. in custom folder. any ideas?

this randomly stopped working for me when I switched the game ui, even switching it back on, resubscribing to the addon, reinstalling the game, verifying files and everything it wont work again

i think it's because since the original animations weren't being used on the HEV arms it looked more normal
