@仙毒, I have 3080 and it also takes about 40% when working. I think the thing is that the video is 4k.
But in principle, this does not interfere, because it happens only on the desktop with proper settings + it does not affect temperatures, as I can judge from my sensors.
For me, WE generally stops working when opening any other application.
