Yes. It patches player.config on a new game only.

@Sync I will test 1000 recipes for removal (for a new game). If you are so heavily modded that you have over 1000 entries in the list of known blueprints, it might not work.

I could expand it past 1000, but I haven't done any performance testing to see how large that list should realistically grow.

This mod doesn't seem to remove the "known by default" blueprint. I haven't researched it yet, but i can still craft it. (the recipe change works though)
