Yes, there have been a few translation works done. Most of them via scripting, so it’s not really that hard. I could do it in a night but a bit busy now with drinking and cheering :)

seems like the translation work has been done in 2018 buy a guy called Anzugud

ok so I can't link to what I wanted... search for "dwarf fortress the language project" and/or "df lang" - there is a tool and some language files for many different languages already on the df file depot.

I have a dansih language only so far, but if nobody else posts resources with other languges, I can look into it. Thanks for the feedback!

Love this mod. Could you make other languages as well, I'd like to have all civ's with modded languages so I can remember who's who. German, French, English, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Chinese, Japanese, Arabic, Hebrew - all would be great.
