Thanks @Kezza for the advice with the fusebox and the roof. I was aware of the problem but since it was my first map and there aren't too many guides online about it I wasn't able to figure it out by myself.
I fixed it now and it should be working as intended now.

Cool map, well set out - just a heads up though, you want your fusebox trigger to target the roof to make indoors 'dark' so that operators can't be seen - as it is, the game still considers indoors to be lit despite the lights going out
