Well i don 't have an idea how to do this yet, but there are some mods already available that add Warg-like creatures which you also can use as a mount.

Hey mate i love Lotr so much and you give idea to play skyrim forever,i like your mods its awesome :-) And can you please do Warg follower ? or Mount better . With Multiple companion mod,we can have Uruk-Hais on Wargs and finaly can crush that Elvish scum ! xP

So I finally started using Lurtz today. This is a Fantastic Mod! He comes with a Unique set of Weapons and Torso Armor. And he is SO big. He is almost a head taller than most people in Skyrim. Sometimes, when you see him "relax" by leaning on a fence, you can see the engine actually having to shrink his size in order to make him fit.

I already did that and it works with the face but when u change to another race and change back it just looks like the normal orc, I could add this feature, but it won 't be perfect.
