Yes, that explains it. I have an old PC. Can't handle higher graphic settings.

I the older TW games, if you set "Unit Detail" to "low", texture mods would not work,
I don't know if it is the same here; but I have not heard about it,

Try and make sure "Unit Detail" is not LOW?
And/or "Texture Detail" not LOW
?

Seem only to work on highest graphics settings.

It is compatible withe everything, it only changes textures
If the other mod changes the same textures, you can move this either on top or bellow the other mod, depending on what textures you wanna see in-game :)

Guvenoren, no, but you CAN, if you want, you just have to put this mod above in the mod manager, so you get both the fine tuned weapop shine from this mod, and the rest from the other mod.
