If you want, you can change that with AVO. As it stands, it wouldn't make much sense for an eyecandy vehicle to dump a crowd of people out back of some commerical shops or at a factory siding.

Just a suggestion, wouldnt be better to keep original capacity and just re-do the looks? This way it would have at least some porpose with exception of eyecandy vehicle clogging my tram lines.
