Cool idea, wanted to test it out but on my 1.2.12 game with pretty much only QoL mods, as soon as the daily tick comes on the world map, I get a guaranteed crash with the message "File read error, please check your installation".

Does this mod work with NPCs also? Will it effect clan members who are part of the same army or clan members who are in the same settlement? Because The NPC clans are nerfed because they are only allowed 1 clan member per party.

Would be nice if mod would work with The old realms new skills

Works 1.2.12. I don't have any performance problems of my own, but having said that, I have a gladiator PC, so take this with a pinch of salt.

May it cause crashes with distinguished service?

This is a terrific mod. About to restart after a couple of years--can someone recommend an alternative for now if this one is presently causing performance issues on 1.2.12?

mod doesnt work

Amazing mod that helps reduce the amount of grind and makes it easier to level-up/kick-start "problematic" skills or, for example, just give every party member medicine 25 perk without shuffling them ad nauseam.
Not to mention it makes wanderers (who are otherwise rather mediocre) more useful.
A must-have that should have been in the game from the start.

Any way to turn off the messages? When you have multiple companions It floods my chat with training messages so I miss the world event messages.

1.2.9 still work ?

May I request a setting so that only people with vested interest in a thing get trained? I'd like to allow it to limit training to people with focus points in a thing. Feels more - sensible to me that way.

You wouldn't teach everyone everything - the fighters would teach fighting to new fighters. The archers to new archers.

Definitely love this mod. I play with the companion limit removed, and set all companions to level 1 with no skills. This mod makes for slow but steady growth and helps to feel like my little band is growing and learning a bit every day.

Do I need to start a new campaign for this?

Love the mod. It works with other mods too such as Realm Of Thrones and Europe 1100

No extensive testing, but after couple of hours, it looks like it works fine with 1.2.8

Unfortunately this mod does not appear to work for me. I am currently running the latest game version. Is it supposed to show in the loaded mods? Do I need to start a new game maybe? Cheers

Great mod.. I love to see my men leveling up like in real life.. Army life was a life of constant taining.. even on base we trained doing our jobs going on bivoucs & learning is constant for all.. this mod captures that aspect of real army day to day learning. BRAVO!

as a suggestion without much yet knowing about the inner workings of this mod,
two buttons, one to activate/disable a tutor and one for allowing/disallowing to be tutored.
I do intent to have specialised people for certain jobs, not knowing everything equally.

Does more than one tutor with higher skills than others resulte in daily accumulation of skill points? Like two then all in all giving 20 XP per day?

very nice idear. In terms of ingame days how many would it take a charcter to get to the same proficiency as another with a skill of a 100 without additionally themselves using the skill?

The workshop is good for casual stuff, but Nexus is simply designed for modding.

I really love this mod! I feel like it is now a staple for the base game experience for me! I'd love anything you'd add or update to this mod if you had time etc. It'd be something else also for MCM support so I could cheese or customize! Keep up the good work!

Could you please also upload it on the Nexus ?
I use ModOrganizer 2 to keep everything updated and ordered (as Steam Workshop can be very atrocious some times)
