@Malikyte due to how the game handles modding most mods are not compatible with one another if they affect the same thing. If you are still looking for solution, try go to building.xml and delete <MustInRangeBuilding>16</MustInRangeBuilding>

OOOoh this was bugging me hella lot but this mod will fix it. Is it still working?

Really liking this mod! It just makes sense. I think it needs updated, however, as the latrine slot in the nursing home is broke, and there is an error message that says this mod is the one that causes it. Still, on balance, I use this for now even with the error.

Good idea. The base one is enormous, and kinda silly having one of the biggest and most notable buildings as something as boring as a retirement home.
