I'm planning changes in the near future:
1. I want to finish updating the designs for Greece, Turkey, and the Soviet Union.
2. I want to create designs for the countries: Spain, Austria-Hungary.
3. I want to create blueprints for large destroyers (SP - Destroyer Leaders).
4. A new game update is coming out in a few weeks. I'll need to update the mod to the new version.
5. Update the remaining Ship Designer mods.
6. Update the Navy - Reconstruction mod.
Unfortunately, it's impossible to create blueprints for vanilla and navy-reconstruction properly. Therefore, Ship Designer - Universal will be for vanilla, and I'll have to create a separate mod for Navy - Reconstruction.
2. I do use other mods, but those are visual mods for the map like the Font the Countries' names appear, or coloured Railwais, none of the mods I use show compatibility issues with this mod, I don't have any mods that change the Navy Tech Tree
2. Do you use any other mods?
Is it possible to add designs of old ships for Austria and Hungary?

You would want to ensure the Name= is the correct file. For example, you'd move the carrier_4.dds file from the USA to the Germany folder, update spriteType = "GFX_SD_tv_carrier_1_ger to spriteType = "GFX_SD_tv_carrier_4_ger, and update spriteType = {

Only World War II ships, not modern battleships.
Anti-aircraft guns and secondary guns appear on the battleship when equipped, but the main gun does not appear.

All ships used by Australia are available in Navy - Reconstruction
Unfortunately, I had to make a difficult decision what blueprints to choose from the UK for Early Cruiser ships, 1924 and 1931 (36). Early: Danae/Hawkins, 1924: County/Leander, 1936: Town/Dido.
Blueprints 1924 are not available to Basic Game but only in Navy - Reconstruction Mod.
Just try the Sd-U mod only. It should work fine
