please make steady aim jump cancel-able. I feel like I explode before actually being able to cancel the damn thing.

NGL, not fun to fight. being able to get shot ANYWHERE on the stage is just annoying. Cool character though.

2 things. 1. This is amazing. True to the source material doesn't even begin to describe how fun this character is. Thank you for such an awesome character! 2. What if you made it to where if the player selects one of the original Happy Chaos skins and taunts or hits a certain button at the beginning of the match he keeps the jacket and hair? Purely up to you obviously. Just a friendly suggestion, but would be really cool to have. Again, thank you for the character :)

Love the mod, crazy good and am loving the concepts. But You gotta be able to cancel Steady Aim when you land a shot, or at least pause the Concentration drain. It feels so sluggish and just never worth using since I'll almost always pop out from how fast it runs through my Concentration. And the fact it can even kill you just feels miserable. I know it's rare, but it's happened to me and I actually wanted to stop playing the game mid session with my friends.
Again, love the mod, love Chaos, but Steady Aim is just murdering me. Both spiritually and literally.

Gunstance shots could need more hitstun instead of tracking or a combination of both to whatever degree you decide. I've noticed it's easier fro the opponent to just hit you out of a string if you are near them doing conversions (even if the combo is relatively air tight).

oh yeah his jab 3 doesn't link from his jab 2 properly, the opponent will always fall out and tech roll unless they are being hit while airborne already from the start.

Any chance gunstance will have it's tracking improved on a cursed opponent? I could understand non cursed tracking being unusable on non stationary opponents, but I find the cursed tracking not able to track well on opponents being juggled for further conversions (I can still pull it off, but it's rough) even at low percents and not being launched far. Both cursed and non cursed steady aim tracks crazy well even with their own shots launching opponents far; I mean to say the difference between cursed and non cursed tracking is more obvious with gunstance. Last thing, could you make it so the D-special clone has more options to blow up instantly? For example any of Lucky's blast attacks like his strongs or up special clone exploding sets off the D-special clone to blow up instantly instead of only the F-special timer.

Feels great overall, and I learned how to use the gun and combo with normals simultaneously. I have a few critiques though: I think his steady aim should give you the ability to roll out of it instead of putting you back into gunstance so you don't have to cancel twice with parry to return to neutral (rarely is there a scenario where you'd want to go from steady aim and stay in gun-stance to keep up pressure or something, logically you'd just use the space to set up an reload again) in one . I've went into cooldown a bunch of times when trying to conserve the focus meter after using steady aim and just barely being too slow with canceling both stances since he has to go through two motions. This matters less when I'm killing them off the top screen and I'll just take the recoil or cool down since they lose a stock, but annoying otherwise.

@aperson Understandable. This guy is well done for sure and serves as a great translation of happy chaos to rivals, but stickmen really do just come off as functions as opposed to designed characters.

Characters like this one are always an interesting situation. On one hand, this character is extremely well animated and replicates its intended gameplay from the inspiration while ensuring that the character can be in majors so that the gameplay can be tournament legal. On the other hand, you get a scenario like Marvel vs. Capcom infinite where the producer of that game got hounded on the internet for suggesting characters are nothing more than functions when asked about the exclusion of the X-Men from that game. The positives outweigh the negatives though and I feel like the Rivals playerbase falls more towards seeing characters as functions more than actual characters but you will get people who would have just wanted straight Happy Chaos.

@Koishi Komeiji that is a universal issue with Hodan: Due to his charge mechanic having his outlines change colors to indicate when he has one stocked, his outlines do not change when you land other status effects (this is most easy to see if he gets burned by Zetterburn)

Small bug I found when testing with bots, but seemingly whenever you curse Hodan they don't become highlighted like other characters. Unsure if this is just a weird specific Rivals thing or a character thing though.
