@RoomMic Could you please list the RICO settings in the building's description? Because they don't show up in the game for me, i checked in the downloaded file from the Workshop, & The RICO settings are just not there, If you listed the RICO settings in the description i could add them locally.

I'm sure it was nicer back then. Now, it's kind've raggedy. I drove passed it. it's not too far from my house. It's in the hood, not in a totally nice area.

@Geze Yeah that probably would be wise, the alpha is grey so I re-used it on the diffuse. I'll do it soon.

Nice. I took a look at the diffuse and noticed that the background for the fence is grey instead of black which it gives it a nasty outline. Any chance you can fix that?

This really looks great! Rochester has so many great apartment buildings! Please look at Oxford and Park in Rochester for some other examples. I'd love to see some Quad homes like (25 Darwin or Westminster & Park). 132 Franklin, 1564 St. Paul St. I could go on and on. But thank you s
