Westmoor Apartments by RoomMic

The Westmoor Apartments are located at 327 West Avenue in the Arnett neighborhood of Rochester, New York. The building was built in 1925, and is a typical example of mid-rise apartment buildings of the era. The architecture of the building is restrained — some might say basic. It has, however, provided 40 units of inexpensive housing for over 90 years.

As a detached mid-rise, it'll fit into any American city, really. Buildings like this were built coast-to-coast during the 1920s. Get some (good) housing for your city today!

Asset Information

Functions as a Unique Building. If you have Ploppable RICO, it will be a high density residential building with 40 households. Size is 3x6 tiles.

@RoomMic Could you please list the RICO settings in the building's description? Because they don't show up in the game for me, i checked in the downloaded file from the Workshop, & The RICO settings are just not there, If you listed the RICO settings in the description i could add them locally.

I'm sure it was nicer back then. Now, it's kind've raggedy. I drove passed it. it's not too far from my house. It's in the hood, not in a totally nice area.
