Probably a dumb question but how do I get this to work? I've tried putting it in steamapps/common/garrysmod/addons and steamapps/workshop/content/4000 but neither seems to work.

You unzip it using 7zip, then you put them into your addons folder, should be located in common/GarrysMod/garrysmod/addons
