You might have an addon conflict with some of the props that are in the map, and what you're seeing could be related to vertex errors with those models

I think it was some glitch caused by some of the brushes being stretched out or something, I'm not too sure though cause I don't really use hammer much.

Cool! The only bugs I found while walking around were a strange bug when walking through Earl's Gator Village, passing through the ending portion of Chapter 1, my screen would sometimes have this weird black clipping issue when I looked towards the sewer tunnel that leads into chapter 2. Also, when walking up that ramp into the second building at the sugar mill, it wasn't rendering properly and would visually disappear if I looked at it while standing near the top,
