I think this is exactly what I need. I played 1.4 with Biotech and Ideology for the first time last night. and was annoyed by the increased metabolic rates when making strong characters.

Can you unsubscribe and subscribe again (redownload) to make sure you have the latest version, and tell me if the error still persists, please
