I personally don't have any experiences making custom NPCs, but I'll see what I can do.
It'll probably be a week or a few days until I can have everything ready (getting CrazyBump to recreate the normal map from scratch), and make a separate addon for the hex'ed models.

These models look pretty good for what they are: and since I personally try not to download addons that replace things (I suppose at least a reasonable argument for this would be that you could only have 1 replacement addon active at any one time...) so I am glad to hear that you will be making a "hexed" version at some point; and would just like to suggest that when you make the "hexed" version that perhaps you could include something like a "refuge rebel" and "refuge medic" npc as well?..

I was thinking the exact same thing, since these skins look really cool.

Is it possible for you to reskin the sabrean's rebel zombies to match your style? If so, that would be GREAT! :D
