I just bought the game and trying to get the screen resolution to get to 1920x1080?

I was wondering why can't you just download this through steamworks in the game?

It seems you just download this and it goes into your workshop then you just copy paste or just drag it over to documents saved game folder, but first you need to make a saved game to get the *lg/graphics/player_pics folder? very strange, but I guess it is what it is LOL.

Anyone know i can download and add them through my macbook??

Okay I'm going to give yall a tutorial for anyone as confused as I was.

-Go to workshop--content--1937470--2895199866
-Boom! You have pics!

To get them onto your game, first create a game.
- in your game, turn off face gen by going to file--setup/options-- facegen settings on the left tab--uncheck the first 2 boxes on the right
- Save and exit

-Open game again
-On the main screen, go to settings on the bottom left
-Open customizable data folder--saved games-- (Pick the league you just turned off facegen settings for)-- graphics--player_pics

Now just drag the workshop content over to that folder! Hope this helps.

I followed Andeca"s instructions and got the pictures to work. Checked team rosters and all I checked were there. Thanks to all of you contributors for your input.Tanks to jessuro for the picture and work.

For those struggling -

1. The files download to *****\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\1937470\2895199866

2. Copy the files

3. The files should be pasted in *****\Documents\Out of the Park Developments\Franchise Hockey Manager 9/saved_games/******lg/graphics/player_pics

4. Ensure face gen is disabled in game

(Optional) Create a new folder in *****\Documents\Out of the Park Developments\Franchise Hockey Manager 9\ and store a copy of the files there for easier access when you need to copy them into a new save game (you could also just make a back up of your whole graphics folder and move this inside the folder for any new saved games so that all logos, faces etc are copied in one go)

I got this to work. I have copied all the face files inside the downloaded folder (not the folder itself) and pasted the files inside the "saved games>graphics>player_picture. This folder is created in My Documents when a game is saved. It should be there with the faces created by facegen, just paste all the files there replacing those created by face gen and the disable facegen in the game settings.

As with the other commenters, I can't get these pics to work. I've tried adding to multiple locations, restarting games, testing new saved. Really unfortunate.

It doesn't work... Copied the folder 2895199866 into FHM 9 folder.

You forgot one critical step: On the start screen, go into settings, and turn off "generate player facepack", if this option is kept on the game will keep regenerating its own faces for each player in your facepack here.

But I still don't know where to put them to make them appear in the game. I go into saved games, and there is no graphics>player_pics folders. So I made them and dropped the photos there, but still doesn't work. Anyone have this working that can help?

Several things.

1. The description with installation instructions is not very complete and helpful.

2. The folder containing the images was downloaded to: \Steam\steamapps\workshop\content

3. The folder containing the images is named "193747"

4. If a user doesn't find the Franchise Hockey Manager folder in the "My Documents" part of their PC, they may find it here: Steam\steamapps\common\Franchise Hockey Manager 9

5. You don't tell us exactly where to place the files, it seems final file location is cutoff in the description.

Where do I go in steam to find the download? I can't even find where to go. Then I still have to move to my files on desktop.

i've located all the folders and files.I just don't know how to move/copy the files to saved games folder.

Never mind, I found it.

I'm not even finding them in the workshop folder.

Im pretty sure the files are downloaded properly. They are just not "installing" when you hit the install button ingame. You have to manually move all the files in your saved game folder.

Have the same problem also files dont download to workshop folder

It says "Error no files found in source file" when try to install.

Anyone else having issues? Don't know for sure why you are getting error.
