my point being, I don't replace any vanilla weapons, only add to their list which isn't percent based but absolute value

my weapons are always set to 0 chance, which is absolute per import chance and it also lets me add as many weapons as I want to vanilla npcs, unfortunately the only way to make a given npc, unique or not, spawn with a different weapon is to import
