I didn't do any intensive testing, but the precept, and all items seem to work fine. I would say this is working as expected in 1.6.

@Holgast I use Alpha memes with this and get no errors. Put this under Alpha Memes just in case since that's what I do.

From what I can see from the ideological meme from this mod it is closely modeled after the early church, and bits of Catholicism and Orthodoxy. One spouse only, emphasis on charity, slavery not outright banned but not glorified. Fits what we know of the first Christians, plus Roman and Greek influence with Jesus depicted on the cross.

Oooh, interesting. Is this compatible with alpha memes (or whichever mod it was that expands the religious styles?) I'm not really certain whether having a specific meme is worthwhile since Christian sects can be so different from each other. But I guess it can be removed with Cherry Picker and/or added to the style instead.

I suspect that they didn't want to kick the potential hornets next by "Interpreting" real religions too much in the game. This is mostly a first test mod that I made on request. I'm working on a bigger one that adds about 100 new style Items across all styles.

It's a weird hand waving of the ideologies being so far removed from their origin as to be unrecognizable... or Tynan just figured the modders would fill in the gaps.

Always thought it was weird that the styles for separate Ideology types don't actually add much in the way of art.
