Hope you plan on adding more skills in the future, perhaps behind higher level caps so you can justify making them stronger.
If anything, you have ice and fire, so a lighting neutral special, perhaps one that spawns a cloud a bit ahead and above Harold that shoots a lighting stream right down would be cool.
If the staff had more range but worse frame data, the bow had range proportional to how long you charged it but was weaker overall, the axe was faster than the Zweihander but still slower than the sword while also bit bigger;
Then there would be true benefits to each weapon, and there would be a real reason to use one weapon over another.
Right now though, there's almost no reason not to keep the sword or wait for the Zweihander as rest are just a strict downgrade, especially in combos.
that being said, this feels great to play and the sprite work is nice
i would say if has no special reason to make them light blue
