@Owlchemist - As always your mod contributions are on point. Just want to show my appreciation for your work.

@TheodoreCHill @The Rabid Otter - I think you can add other animals such as ducks by adding the following line under chickens

<li>Duck</li>

using Notepad++. Change duck to whatever animal you may wish to use the bed.

Same, I can't assign ducks to the nests. Whenever I attempt to it just opens a menu that says Mint Assign Menu. Scheisse

@money talks -- correct. Only chickens by default-- but it can be edited/amended to include other birds/animals too as shown in the description sample, or like @Svela down below.

So, if I wanted other animals to use this, do I simply add a given species' code next to the chicken species code? Like this?:

@PeasantUnit Chickens roost as high up as they can in an enclosure, or up as high as 9 feet in trees. Probably more if the branches are stable. This is where they sleep. Only a small percentage of chickens will brood which is where they sleep where they lay eggs. Too hazardous.

IRL chickens sleep in the same spot where they lay eggs (I think). Why not make it so in RW as well? :thinking:
