if u know the cosmetic 'the lunatic' for spy (in the workshop), i think it would fit with this. go vote for it btw, its fuckin cool. Also, SKY YOU ARE ONE OF THE BEST WORKSHOP CREATORS I KNOW AND ALL YOUR STUFF SHOULD BE ADDED!!! (mostly the real fake beard BUT STILL)

I think the joke is that "sleeper agent" is such a popular term that "sleepy agent" would be more clever
