This looks really nice, I like it.
It is a damn shame that you didn't include a weapon with this load-out, a frost-thrower would have been a grand addition to this.

I like it a lot. It still keeps the shape of pyro without trying to replace it. Only gripe is the limited compatibility with other loadouts, but it is still good.
