While there aren't many outfits this'll go perfectly with, it's still a step up from the usual "strap something crazy to back" approach. Also pairing it with that promotional robot head puts me one step closer to creating a steampunk robo-Pyro.

Now this is how you do a pyro back replacement cosmetic. Most people either make random items and stick them on there, which tends to look really out of place and generally not very good, or just anything remotely related to fire (I remember seeing a lava lamp cosmetic, which was literally just a giant lava lamp sitting on the pyros back. The connection is there, but it looks awful). Your cosmetic however, looks great and is thematically appropriate.

I'm replacing my previous comment with this one
It is modeled well and it does work fine with quite a few loadouts. I just think it is a bit tall. Maybe if the coal pile was replaced or made a lot smaller I may like it more. It's decent, I wouldn't use it personally.

Looks great! Fits really well with the rest of pyros steam-punk items. Love the sheen!

thats incredible tho i think you should have the ability to change colors either from gold to steel than have it team color locked

if you like the idea!
