@Third Ah I see what you're talking about. I wasn't seeing that on my end because it was cached. I rehosted the .obj file on Steam and updated the mod. It should work for you now. This is probably a good reminder for me that I should spend some time backing up the entire mod, since it is still made from a resource compilation that I don't control.

@Third Sorry to hear that you're having issues. I took a look at the mod and as far as I can tell it seems to be working correctly. I'd suggest loading up a fresh version of the save from the Workshop, and see if that solves the resource error.

The trays seem to have broken recently. Whenever I load this up, I get red featureless boxes and a missing mesh/texture error.

@Rose Borger At the bottom of each character sheet is a list of the card types they have in their deck. For example in Rise of the Runelords, Valeros has 5 Weapons, 3 Armors, 2 Items, 2 Allies, and 3 Blessings for a total of 15 cards. Characters start each scenario with that number of those cards (and they can gain feats to add more). All the characters are different, but they add up to the same number of cards for each adventure. Additionally, each adventure rulebook comes with a suggested starter deck for each character. The decks are conveniently designed to be mutually compatible (so any standard party can bring their suggested decks without competing over the same cards). Look for a separate copy of those suggestions in the Adventure Path materials.

After I set up the game almost completely, how many cards do I get to create my decks? It says I get the Basic cards from the discard piles, but how many?

I pushed out an update for the mod focused on improvements for the Wrath of the Righteous Adventure Path. There were still some significant typos in the scenario scripting that had somehow gone unnoticed until now. I also included some optional tokens and bowls for managing the Mythic Paths mechanic. If you haven’t tried out the AP before, give it a shot!

@Lily Haze I’m glad you’re enjoying the mod. I mostly imported the character sheets from legacy mods, but there is a character builder in the Tool bag that you can check out. The tools are old and finicky (they were designed at the beginning of Covid), but they still work for the most part. You’ll want to first come up with the art assets for the new characters, and then use the button import tool to make the toggles work properly. Alternatively you can just mark the card objects with the TTS stamp system.

Great work on the mod. How are your character sheets made? I'd love to try creating custom characters using rules I found online.

@CraZy-gAEmeR Thanks for pointing that out. It looks like the original Mogmurch character upload got bugged out, and it needed to be recreated. The Checkbox Creator tool is a bit worse for wear at this point, but I was able to use it and some code editing to put together a new version of Mogmurch that should hopefully work well for you. Please let me know if you run into any more troubles with it.

Physics was the issue. I had changed the physics to semi-locked at some point for a different game and that was causing the problem. Switched back to full and functioning properly. Thanks for your help. I had tried reinstalling the mod, reinstalling TTS, and all it needed was a little expert know how and a check box.:steamthumbsup:

@shoefly Double-check that you have full physics enabled (the cards need to drop into place) as default, and that the settings for computers are the same. Otherwise, sometimes TTS mods can have weird scripting behavior when something goes wrong with the download. If the mod is working for one computer but not another, I'd try restarting the application and then opening a fresh save from the Workshop. If that doesn't work, perhaps try verifying your TTS installation. The mod should work just fine in both Windows and MacOS, though my group has run into issues using Linux. Hopefully some more troubleshooting should resolve your issues.

The scripting for setting up the scenarios is failing on my desktop computer, but works properly when I host the game on my laptop? The failure seems to be involve not finding location cards and then the villain card, and then an attempt to index a nil value associated with 'Blessings' after it fails to find the locations and villain. Anyone one encountering this behavior and found a solution?

@Witness Sorry to hear that you're having some issues. It sounds like you may not have enough Henchman cards to support the number of players. I would suggest trying out a fresh version of the game, and make sure to include the Character Add-on Deck along with the basic deck. That should hopefully work for you. Otherwise, some of the more atypical scenarios do have issues with the automatic setup - I was able to play through the entirety of Mummy's Mask but occasionally needed to redo the setup with a fresh load or adjust it manually. Let me know if there's a specific scenario and player count that you're having difficulty with, and I can try to troubleshoot it.

I am having some issues with the Mummy's Mask scenarios. The scenario builder is always putting one less henchmen in and doesn't give the last location a henchmen or villain card.

@Tardo Start by selecting an Adventure Path within the green bag in the top tray. Within each path you can find the stack of Adventure B cards amongst the materials. Drop that stack on the sorter and filter by Basic so that the discard piles will have what you need.

Maybe I'm just stupid (probably) but where do you get the cards to build the character decks from? The setup note card say "Use the discard piles" but I don't see any such piles. And searching all of the piles that are available, they don't have the cards needed to build the recommended decks.

Well originally the issue was that I just couldn’t source all the assets I would need. I think that I’ve now found them all, but the next step would be identifying how to present the two editions in a good way. I’m not particularly familiar with 2e, but I know there’s been a few different approaches that I could take. I’m hesitant to simply copy and paste other mods if I can’t actually improve on their work. I might play with it a bit and see what I can iterate on.

Hah, no rest for the wicked. I had checked the first card of those decks, but the rest of them needed to be fixed. I put out yet another update fixing the Hands status of those two decks.

@Zelestiv Thanks for letting me know! Looks like my method for toggling and testing the hands setting for cards wasn't getting it done. I redid both the Pathfinder Tales and Warpriest decks so they should work properly now.

@Zenith I'm really glad you're enjoying the mod! Since I was doing a bunch of mod work this week, I took the opportunity to push out one more update this afternoon focused on standardization. I added labels and/or descriptions to the Hell's Vengeance 1 & 2, Pathfinder Tales, and Rise of the Runelords Character Add-on Decks. Toggled the hand value of the Rogue Eidolon card. And I converted one of the Extra organizer slots into a dedicated Cohort slot that will work with the sorter. While this sort of compilation is always going to be a bit of a hodgepodge, hopefully all of the cards should be working mechanically at this point. Happy Pathfinding!

@Zelestiv Alrighty I went through the Character Add-on deck and added labels and descriptions, which should fix the sort issue. I also toggled the hand setting for that deck and the Warpriest one, which will fix the player hand issue. Hopefully that should get your group going. Keep letting me know if you run into more problems. Enjoy the game!

@kamesenin888 I'm afraid I don't quite understand your meaning, but as far as I can tell the table asset is working properly. Try loading a fresh save if you continue having issues.

@Zelestiv I went ahead and updated the mod once again, this time to include description tags for the Warpriest deck. It should work correctly with the sorter now, but please let me know if it doesn't. Thanks for letting me know about the problem! Unfortunately there's a number of issues like this where the compiled assets only get standardized as they get used, particularly if it's labor-intensive.

@Zelestiv Oh my mistake, I understand now. I found the WotR Character Add-on Deck and included it with a new update for the mod, as well as some QoL changes. Thanks for letting me know! The Warpriest deck doesn't have any descriptions, which is why the sorter can't do anything with it. I'm looking into ways to automate that process - I'm not sure exactly how the original modders did it. The included Relabeler tool doesn't seem to be doing exactly what I want, but I'll keep looking into it. Otherwise it could be done by hand.

@Matty I'd certainly be interested in what you're able to find. I've seen a few different versions with a variety of materials and ways of dealing with the differences between 1e and 2e, but haven't really settled on how best to implement it.
