I appreciate the conversation with you Modocero. With an unique building, I decide where exactly the building is placed.....for me this is the better way when "planning" my city than having the building placed coincidentally by the system.

I have done that many times in my cities. Plop down a Dunkin Donuts on a road that has parking, then make one segment no-parking with TMPE, and then putting patrol car props all over the parking places on that segment. :D
