how do I add the glowing projectiles and burst from the blasters plus adding glowing effect from the blades of the swords

I used tool "No Collide" to wear the belts. and add glow effects by using addos("Sub Materials Tool" and "Halo STool").

How do I wear the Belts to the ragdolls? and how to add the light particle effect?
