I think there is too much emission / glow on the holographic sight - it makes it harder to focus on the centre dot while moving / firing while the idle to aim animation is playing. It also makes it difficult to see what you're firing at since the glow overlaps with the muzzle flash and smoke.

Also, is there a keybind to do the faster sprint as shown in the video?
