While some seem to think this is a copy and paste bear necessities (The commenter below), it isn't. While it definitely being a bear head, doesn't make it the same. While personally I would adjust the nose, eyes and teeth size, it is a fine cosmetic.

We honestly don't need more animal cosmetics. Be more creative.

I fail to see whats so ''Festive'' about wearing Polar Bear skin. Its not as 'Christmas'' looking as most of the other items i've seen out there.

There is already a bear pelt cosmetic, however it isn’t paintable, meaning anything resembling a Polar Bear isn’t possible. There is the recent Halloween Restricted full bear transformation, but that serves a different purpose.

I don't even mind the fact that this basically already exists in game. Polar bears are better than brown bears, end of story.
