I have added a new mod that generates larger asteroids "with ore veins" for mining.

I am working on another version of this mod that will also 'add' bigger asteroids with more than one ore type. I don't want too many of them, so tweaking them takes a lot of testing.

@xXPredzioXx - Thanks for the confirmation.

testing on hyperion ore and the others now work fine looks like somthing got corrupted first time downloading.
using both modes at the same time btw.

Some ore veins, such as gold, drop so little, even double the number of ore veins is only a couple more veins.

I just checked the scripts, completely different rules files are being modified, so there should be no conflict using both mods. Ensure both mods are still active.

thats strange after instaling both it did not work in new game but after instaling vein one again it started working if anyting chages ill let you know.

@xXPredzioXx - Ok, I will check that out after work today. I use the rich version with this mod, and did not notice a difference in mining.

i use the cheat version of yours mod but when i use this mode the ore drop is back to vanilla

My other mod that increases the drop rate of veins mined is here:

There is also a 'cheat' version of that mod available.

Both mods work together, so you can increase the number of veins, and increase the drop rate of mined veins.

@xXPredzioXx - This mod makes more veins in the asteroid.

It does NOT increase the drop rate. I have another mod I uploaded that increases the drop rate when a vein is mined.

dose this mode make more veins spear or dose it make 2x drop from singel vein ??

Thanks @Doxs, darn rookie mistake. Issue has been fixed with version 1.0.1 of the mod.

Looking in the mod directory there is no strings folder at all? I'm not sure it is needed in general, but you have defined a StringsFolder in the mod.rules file. I hope this helps you fix the issue :)

This mod caused a crash, when entering settings in a newly created game.
System.IO.DirectoryNotFoundException: Could not find a part of the path 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\799600\2889107517\strings'
