Just so people know there's an easy fix to get this working. Go into your Steam Library folder, find the workshop folder, then go to content and pick 400750. Then find 2888964832 (you can find this number in the URL at the top of the page. Go into the folder and find the mod.info file. Edit it with any text editor and change the min game version to the current one (currently 1.55) and the max game version to something like 1.65 or whatever. Then just save the file and it should work.
