Leg textures for blue citizens was leaked with their original mesh.

@F You know, I am actually glad that you ask that. I believe at the time, we either did not have the different leg textures for each, or I simply was unaware of them. See, a lot of these different leaks came out rather rapidly. In either case, the difference between the green and blue citizen leg textures are rather small, just with the blue citizens having their textures be very slightly lighter. I may update them in the near future, though.

leaked on VCC a few weeks ago, then it went public on places like reddit and other discords. I wouldn't know where to get it right now, but it might be on the valve archive by now.

Making it non-replacement was an intentional decision. I didn't want to cause players to have to see different models for their citizens if they just wanted to use these for posing or the like. That said, the gamebanana release (in the video description) is a citizen replacement, and should work if placed in gmod's custom folder.
