Scout does sports. He also has some football related stuff.

First three of those are promotional so they have a valid reason for not fitting any of the classes. The Team Player is an example of workshop creators making cosmetics without thinking if it fits the class or not and Valve not caring enough. I will ask again, is it really a good idea to give the baseball character a soccer themed taunt?

Funfact: The vuvuzela is part of soccer, not baseball. Part of Scout's whole character is baseball, not soccer. So with this knowledge, is it really a good idea to give the baseball character a soccer themed taunt?

could use a bit more flair when he pulls it out, but otherwise a 10/10; fitting for the Scout and i'd be absolutely tilted if someone whipped this out after killing me.

I really like this I just think the animation could use a little smoothing, like in the start.

Unfortunately tf2 doesn't really support model scaling so it wouldn't necessarily be able to work like that. Perhaps I'll do a v2 later on where i make the disappearing animation better though. Thanks for the feedback!
