As for the camera, no, I was not able to move outside the bounds. I was really pushing the editor past its limits. I had to keep the changes limited to the cockpit and area behind it.

I've been doing some personal modifications to a copy of your mod to update it(I don't currently plan on uploading it since it's your mod, just a local mod for myself) and noticed that a majority of the model clips outside of the car editor. When developing this mod, did you ever find a way to navigate the camera outside of the bounds of the editor? Or did you not edit anything out there?

I don't really have the time to update my mods. I will happily provide anyone with the files if they wish to create their own.

he means park your mach3 (your original car) to a place in the map where theres no buildings or anything and it has alot of space


in the original car (mach3) you sit in the inside and look up and you can save your game

and then press "esc" and quit to main menu and in main menu screen click to go inside the car in main menu then go to the workshop items and enable this mod and load your save

i got an idea for the reactor hatch i think like something that can slide down from the pedestal of the reactor slot and it can be open to insert a reactor and a separate area on the pedestal for a fuel rod and a hatch to close the fuel rod we your not being radiated from the rod

I got the original Crimson Jet model from Erathor. You would have to ask him.

There's nothing stopping you from making these modifications yourself if you are so inclined. I took on this mod as a challenge, and released it with the caveat that it was highly experimental.

I am not interested in trying to make the "first jet" from Crimson (I didn't think there was another version but I may be wrong). I make what I want, when I want, and don't take requests.

As for the cargo, you can try just dropping items in the interior, but I can't make any guarantees that it will stick around. At some point I might try to implement a dedicated, clearly marked storage space, but I need to figure how to customize the cargo space first. The current documentation on car modding is woefully minimal at the moment.

As I explained in the description, this is a highly experimental mod that pushes the limits of the car editor. It is a small miracle that it works at all. I have noted in the description that there are certain things like the "falling through the floor" issue that I don't know how to resolve. The car editor was not designed with this type of vehicle in mind, and as a result things that might seem very simple to implement or fix are not so. Hopefully in the future the mod tools will get better and some of these issues can be addressed.

To those of you having trouble flying it, make sure you read the description! This only works once you have hover mode.
